Sharon Stanley-Rea

Sharon Stanley-Rea has lived and worked with refugee and immigrant communities for over three decades; founding and leading a multi-service refugee organization in CA, leading a national denomination’s Refugee & Immigration Ministries of advocacy and resettlement, and always passionately mobilizing faith and community groups to link their strengths with the power of refugee and immigrant resilience to grow integration. In every role, she has always connected with CWS—and is grateful now to build new communities of hope as Director of our DC CWS office!
Carla Lissette
Carla Lissette’s dedication to the welfare of vulnerable populations has been shown from case management to supervisory positions, as she has managed programs to ensure compliance, fostered a positive work environment, and served children and families with empathy to contribute to the overall success of Church World Service's mission.
Roxana Tapia
Roxana serves as a Caseworker Specialist at the CWS Washington D.C. office, where she assists case managers in accessing community resources. Her passion for her work is evident as she enjoys the experience of working at CWS Washington D.C., and meeting and assisting individuals from diverse backgrounds worldwide.
Rabia Sabri

Rabia Sabri’s personal experience as a refugee for over four decades fuels her dedication to improving the lives of displaced individuals. Her expertise in program management, coordination, networking, and outreach reflects a deep commitment forged through 15 years of impactful work in the field.
Maricela Raya
Maricela Raya, Level 2 Case Worker. Maricela Raya, she has a Family and Human Services Degree from Towson University. Maricela worked as a Transitional Foster Care case manager, where her responsibility was transitioning unaccompanied minors into the community to be reunified with their families.
Ruben Dardano
Ruben Dardano has years of experience helping families move through crises to stability, by perpetuating holistic strength-based approaches that improve health outcomes and quality of life. Ruben graduated from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst with a BA in Communication, and also holds a Community Health Worker, CHW certification from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Department of Public Health.

Arlene Morgan

Arlene Morgan, MSW, is a native New Yorker with over 10 years of case management and supervisory experience working with youth and families. Arlene works hard to make sure that all communities have the same opportunities, resources and services to strengthen their lives.
Eraj Naderi

Eraj Naderi brings extensive experience in the fields of Administration, Project Management, Finance and Operations. He comes with over 11 years’ background of working with immigration related organizations, at both national and international levels, and holds a bachelor’s degree in law. Eraj is committed to the operations work and to the CWS mission and finds the work very meaningful and rewarding.
